  Most homes fall into 3 major categories:

1) Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly Maintenance Programs:

Our professional cleaners, will schedule maintenance cleanings based on your needs. Services traditionally incorporated into any maintenance program is dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming, vent wipe downs in all areas with special attention to kitchens and bathrooms.

2) Deep Cleaning:

This is usually the initial stage of our professional cleaning service for new clients. The overall objective is to ensure the home is prepared for an ongoing maintenance program. Some clients have chosen to utilize this service periodically rather than commit to a maintenance program Our professionals, quickly and efficiently clean all areas of a home including ceiling fans and light fixtures, baseboards, etc. in addition to the services provided with our maintenance programs.  

3) Move In/Move Out Services:

Our professionals ensure a clean start or finish to any property that has recently sold, was recently purchased, or as a Rental/Managed Property location.  Similar to the deep clean service, we ensure the first experience in the new home, is clean, fresh and ready for their new resident. 

4)AirBNB/Rental Prep and in between turnovers: Did you know we are AirBNB specialists?? We at JLM's realize the importance of the cleanliness of your investment! This is EVERYTHING and will determine your reviews hence your continued (or not continued) business. You cannot and should not trust this to just anyone. These cleans take time and a crew that will pay attention to the details. Everything must be perfect. We provide photos after every clean so that you can be rest assured your next guests will come into a fresh clean sparking 5 star AIRBNB EVERY TIME.  

AirBNB PREP : This service is similar to a move in and would be performed before your first group of guests arrive in your home and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We wet wipe down all baseboards, other woodwork, ceiling fans, blinds, vents, as well as deep cleaning for your kitchen and bathrooms, removing any hard water, soap scum and mold. We vacuum and clean Inside appliances, drawers, cabinets.. Floors vacuumed and mopped. After cleaning and sanitizing are complete, we then prepare the home for your guests with your specifications and instruction. Beds are perfectly made, pillows fluffed, towels folded, guest baskets assembled and put out, soaps and other necessities are stocked. Every detail is addressed until the home (and your business) is ready for its first guests arrival.

AIRBNB TURNOVER This service is to keep your AIRBNB looking and smelling just as fresh and clean as day one, in between guests. A deep clean sanitation is always performed on the bathrooms and kitchen as well as a good dusting everywhere else, floors vacuumed and mopped every time. It doesn't matter if the renters were there one day or 20 days, we clean everything EVERY TIME. Bedding and linens are laundered and put back on beds, supplies are re stocked, photos are taken and home is ready for your next guests!
